Over the next few days, generally quiet weather conditions are expected with above normal temperatures and breezy conditions, according to the National Weather Service (NWS) in Wichita.
NWS notes that through Tuesday in the region, we will have mostly sunny conditions with afternoon highs expected to be in the 40s and 50s and overnight lows in the 20s and 30s.
Wednesday and Thursday look to be mostly sunny and warmer with highs in the 50s up to near 60. According to NWS, Wednesday is expected to be windy with gusts of 40-50 mph possible.
A few showers are possible Thursday, with a rain/snow mix possible Friday, NWS noted. It will be noticeably cooler Friday, with highs near 40.
