
KANSAS CITY—Law enforcement authorities are investigating a fatal shooting and asking the public for help to locate a vehicle.
Just before 8:30p.m. Feb. 15, police responded to the area of N. 11th and Haskell in Kansas City, Kansas where they found 18-year-old Richard Apodaca who had been fatally shot, according to a media release.
Police are looking for an older model pickup truck in connection with killing. The vehicle is described as dark, possibly black, has an extended cab, has duct tape on the drivers door, a tool box on the back and two different style of wheels on the drivers side.
