Project Salina board members are inviting businesses and churches to support our mission of gathering 58,000 soup cans for distribution among the Salina Food Bank, Salvation Army, Rescue Mission, Ashby House, DVACK, and Salina Grace. We encourage you to participate in collecting donations from now until Super Bowl Sunday (February 11, 2023).

A $30 cash donation enables us to purchase 60 cans of soup (please make checks payable to Souper Bowl of Hope). Donation collection will take place at all three Salina Dillon’s locations on the below dates and times.

Sat., Jan. 27 (10am-6pm)
 Sun., Jan. 28 (1pm-5pm)
Sat., Feb., 3 (10am-6pm)
Sun., Feb. 4 (1pm-5pm)
Sat., Feb. 10 (1pm-5pm)

Feel free to drop off your donations at any of the Dillon’s stores during these times or you can deliver them to the Project Salina warehouse located at 319 S. Fifth (the former Consolidated Printed building). To coordinate donation drop-offs at the warehouse, send an email to projectsalina@gmail.com. DO NOT bring donations to the Food Bank.

We can also use volunteers to assist in collecting donations at the Dillons locations. For any inquiries or if you are interested in volunteering, send an email to projectsalina@gmail.com.You can also make a donation by sending a check (made payable to Souper Bowl of Hope) to the following address: Souper Bowl, PO Box 2861, Salina, KS 67402-2861.

Alternatively, you can bring cash or checks to Central National Bank located at 454 S. Ohio (near Water’s True Value). When submitting your contribution, please remember to write "Kristina Litchman, Souper Bowl" on the envelope, and clearly indicate your name so that you receive proper credit for the deposit. You have the option to either use the drive-through or bring it inside for your convenience.
