Severe storms will likely impact southern Kansas from the Flint Hills down to far southeast Kansas this afternoon and evening, with storms firing off around 2 p.m. Monday.
According to the National Weather Service Wichita, the main threats in this storm include golf-ball-sized hail and 70 mph damaging winds.
Parts of the storm could produce a few tornadoes before moving into Missouri and Arkansas.
