Wilmer Eugene “Gene” Colby, 91, passed away September 15, 2020 in St. Augustine, Florida where he had been living with his daughter and son-in-law since June.&nbsp; Gene was born August 7, 1929 in Beloit, Kansas to Wilmer and Mae Colby. In the early 1930’s, the family of three moved to Council Grove, Kansas where Gene would grow up. Gene was a star athlete at Council Grove High School, graduated in 1948, then joined the Navy where he served in the Submarine unit and played football for the Navy wearing jersey #44.&nbsp; He married his high school sweetheart and the love of his life, Peggy Darlene (Horton), in New London, Connecticut on December 18, 1948 and they went on to have two cherished daughters, Lynda and Diane. &nbsp;They were happily married for over 71 years.

Before moving back to his hometown in 1965, Gene worked with Fairmont Food in Hutchinson and Dolly Madison in Kansas City. Back in Council Grove, Gene and Peggy purchased and ran Colby’s Café for several years until Gene went into business with his Dad at Colby’s Toggery, a successful men’s clothing store he would eventually buy from his father. In addition to work and family, Gene loved his home town and worked to make Council Grove a great place to live. He very rarely missed a local football game for the high school and elementary boys and attended many K-State and K.C. Chiefs games. He enjoyed working with young men in 4H, helping them produce a style show.&nbsp; Gene was a beloved friend and community member and served in many local organizations including the Chamber of Commerce, Investment Club, Council Grove County Club, and was a life-long member and past president of the Rotary Club. When he retired in 1992, Gene and Peggy spent several years as “winter Texans” before eventually moving to South Texas full-time. In Texas, Gene again became a valued friend and member of the community and enjoyed watching the golfers from his home on hole 5, playing golf and bridge, and serving on the board of Alamo Country Club. Gene and Peggy had the opportunity to visit many places both in the USA and overseas during their retirement. &nbsp;Gene always had a quick and sincere smile for everyone and found joy in living every day.

Gene is survived by daughter Lynda and her husband Stuart Whitlock of St. Augustine, FL; daughter Diane Wolfe of Council Grove, KS; grandchildren Kevin Zimmerman, Darren Zimmerman and his fiancée Brianna, Angela Hulays and her husband David; Brian Whitlock and his wife Jennifer; &nbsp;great grand-children Owen and Max Hulays, Colby, Charlotte and Emma Whitlock; and his aunt Betty (Bob) Fuller. &nbsp;Gene was preceded in death by his loving wife Peggy and his parents Wilmer and Mae Colby.&nbsp;

Michael R. Teasley, 68 of Abilene, passed away at Salina Regional Hospital September 13, 2020. He was born February 7, 1952 in Wichita, the son of Tracy and Mary (Nichols) Teasley. 

He worked construction and drove for Honorbuilt/El Dorado in his earlier years before he bought South Side Bar in 1993. He owned and operated the bar for 27 years. 

He was a member of the Elks and Eagles club. 

Michael is survived by his sisters: Thereasa Zdenek, Iris McKale, Carolina Yeager, Melody Hargis, Trina Perez, Steffanie Anderson, his companion of many years Vickie Faulkner, and beloved cat Tony. Also, son Laron, two step-children, Mandy Funk and Ben Faulkner, seven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and seventeen nieces and nephews. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, sister Linda Weaver, niece Terry (McKale) Kolde and nephew Tim Weaver.

The family has chosen cremation. Family will have a come and go greeting at the South Side Bar in Abilene from 3-6 on Saturday, September 19, 2020. Inurnment will take place at a later date. Mary Ellen Endsley, 68, of Salina, Kansas, passed away Sunday, September 13th, 2020.

Mary was born in Beloit, Kansas on December 25, 1951, a daughter of the late Joyce (Layland) and Frank R. Endsley.

Mary was a longtime waitress at Mars Restaurant, loved playing bingo and doing crafts.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Dean Endsley and Richard "Dick" Endsley and an infant sister, Marla.

Survivors include a son, Jerry Dean Price of Salina; a daughter, Patty A. Price of Manhattan; 2 granddaughters, Mary Lynn Haymond of Manhattan, Kansas, Jaicee Price of Liberal, Kansas; grandson, Jordan Price of Tyrone, Oklahoma; sister, Patricia Endsley of Salina; two brothers, Frank W. Endsley and Michael E. Endsley, both of Salina; nieces, Trisha Endsley, Jana Endsley, both of Salina, Kansas, Misty Endsley of Texas; nephew, Jason Endsley of Ellsworth, Kansas; great nieces, Meghan Endsley and Daisha Endsley, both of Salina, Kansas; great nephew, David Krueger (Madison) of Salina, Kansas; aunt, Lorraine Splattstoesser (Glenn) of Franklin, Nebraska; 5 great grandchildren and many cousins and friends.

Patricia Ann Zabaldo was born to Sarah Suiter Gourley on January 4,1950 in Hamilton, Ohio. She later was adopted and raised by Sam and her maternal aunt Mary Zabaldo.

She graduated from Rancho Alamitos High School in Garden Grove, California with the class of 1968. In 1969 while living in Riverside, California she had her daughter Tricia Marie and in 1973 her son John Anthony. While living in California she was employed by Disneyland at the American Restaurant. In 1982 she had her last child. A daughter Tonia Lin in Lincoln, Nebraska.

In 1983 she moved with her daughter Tonia to Mankato, Kansas and worked for Kennedy’s and both cafes. This is also where she met the love of her life John Dewey.

Pat had a love for dream catchers, crystals and lived to read. Pat had an infectious personality that lit up a room. She loved to make people laugh and put a smile on their face.

She departed this life on September 11, 2020 at Mitchell County Hospital in Beloit, Kansas at the age of 70 years, 9 months and 7 days.

Those left to treasure her memory are her significant other John Dewey of Mankato, Kansas. Children Tricia Pavusa of Ardmore, Tennessee, John Pavusa and girlfriend Candace Butler of Mankato, Kansas and Tonia Angley and fiancé Johnnie Goodwin of Beloit, Kansas. James C. Bornholdt, 82, of Inman, Kansas, passed away at 10:52 p.m., Saturday, September 12th, 2020 while in the company of family members, at Cedars House, McPherson.

James was born in Hutchinson, KS on September 18, 1937, son of Mildred Emma (Knackstedt) and Harry Henry Bornholdt.

James attended Grove School, rural Inman, Kansas and graduated from Inman High School, Inman, Kansas in 1955.

James C. Bornholdt was united in marriage to Elizabeth Joan Murphy on May 3, 1959 in Inman, Kansas. The young couple established their first home together on the Bornholdt family farm just Northwest of Inman. This union was blessed with the birth of two children, a daughter and a son, Pat and Tim. Joan entered into eternal life on June 19, 2008.

He was a member of St. Peter's United Church of Christ Inman, Kansas where he served in many capacities through the years and was an Elder of the church and a member of the Men's Fellowship.

James was a lifelong cattleman and farmer and was blessed with taking over and maintaining the family farm. Through the years he also worked for Buhler Mills, McPherson Sale Barn, Central Livestock, and hauled cattle for Charlie Crow.

James was a member of Kansas Livestock Association, Young Farmers Association, and Hayes Township Board Member. James enjoyed his livestock and took pride in his cattle. He and Joan enjoyed going on many trips, especially the Go Club trips, and spending time with his family. He was very proud of his grandchildren and great-grandchildren always looking forward to the times they shared together and telling stories around the dinner table.

He is survived by his children, Pat Conklin and husband Paul, of Argonia, Kansas and Tim Bornholdt and wife Terri, of Inman, Kansas; his four grandchildren, Lynette Osner and husband Brandon, Cody Bornholdt and wife Ashley, Katie Albers and husband Adam, and Lance Conklin and wife Janelle; five great-grandchildren, Henry Osner, Blake Osner, Emma Osner, Jack James Osner, and Cash Albers; several nieces and nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.

James was preceded in death by his parents, Harry and Mildred Bornholdt; his wife, Joan Bornholdt; and his sister Phyllis Luty.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 16, 2020 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. with family present from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at St. Peter's United Church of Christ Fellowship Hall, Inman, Kansas.

Funeral service will be held at St. Peter's United Church of Christ, Inman, KS, at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 17th, 2020 with Reverend Dennis Ureche officiating.

The final resting place will be at the North Inman Cemetery Inman, KS.

Leonard Allen “Pete” Edwards, 92, of McPherson, KS, passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 12, 2020, at Ascension Via Christi RMC, St. Joseph Campus, Wichita, KS. He was a retired heavy equipment operator for several different pipeline companies across the United States.

Leonard served in the Merchant Marines from 1944 to 1946 and the United States Army from 1950-1952 during the Korean War.

Leonard was born on March 24, 1928, in Hardin, MO, the son of Henry and Margaret (Bueler) Edwards. He was united in marriage to Shirley J. Gregg on January 24, 1955, in Carrollton, MO. This union was blessed with two sons, Randy and Russell.

He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church, McPherson.

Survivors include: his loving wife of 65 years, Shirley of the home; two sons, Randy Edwards (Janette) of Newton, KS and Russell Edwards (Terrie) of Lincoln, NE; a sister, Mildred Dorsey of Carrollton, MO; five grandchildren, Travis Edwards (April), Kimberly Erin (James), Katie Humpal (Major Jesse, U.S. A.F.), Jennifer Alejandre (Joel), Jake Edwards (Alycia); and 11 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Albert Edwards.

Mary Chestnut, 89, died September 12, 2020 at the Presbyterian Manor in Clay Center, Kansas.&nbsp; She was born April 10, 1931 at Plankinton, South Dakota, the daughter of Earl and Mabel (Harris) Mitchell.&nbsp; Mary grew up in Plankinton, South Dakota, graduating from high school in 1949.&nbsp; She married Roger Chestnut on April 15, 1951 and they lived in several places before moving to Clay County in the early 1960s.&nbsp; Mary worked at the Fincham Locker Plant, Fowles Locker Plant, the Clay County Hospital for 15 years and as a home health aide for several years.&nbsp; Roger preceded her in death on August 14, 2013.&nbsp; Mary was a member of the First Presbyterian Church, where she was a deacon and an elder, and she was a member of the Presbyterian Women.&nbsp; She is also preceded in death by her parents, 6 brothers, 4 sisters and son in-law, Tom James.

LaDonna’s life began October 12, 1939 in Clay Center, KS.&nbsp; She was the oldest daughter born to James Elton and Donna (Hill) Hess.&nbsp; 

She graduated from Clay Center High School in 1957.&nbsp; 

She was united in marriage to William J. “Bill” Sherbert on May 31, 1959 in Wakefield KS.&nbsp; 

LaDonna and Bill moved to Marion in 1964 where she was a stay at home mom for a while, then went to working at Charlies Burger Shake in Marion for many years.&nbsp; 

In 1979, after teaching herself to type with a manual typewriter, she was hired on by Marion SRS Office as an Office Assistant, and proudly kept the position for 25 years, retiring in 2004.&nbsp; 

LaDonna was an avid bowler, bowling 3 times a week at one point, and enjoyed attending state and national bowling tournaments. LaDonna and Bill decided to purchase Mar Bowl Lanes, later at Sher Bowl Lanes, in 2003, and later building on Willy J’s 9th Lane Sports Bar in 2008.&nbsp; 

She loved to watch the K C Royals, and KU basketball.&nbsp; 

LaDonna loved to sing and was involved with Sweet Adeline’s acapella choir for several years.&nbsp; She enjoyed playing the lottery, sending out sweepstake entries, and dancing to a George Strait song, sometimes by herself. 

She leaves behind her husband Bill, of 61 years, of Marion, her daughter Donna (Randy) Bryant, and son Daniel Sherbert; all of Marion.&nbsp; Grandchildren, Dustin (Summer) Sherbert, Jayden Hallowell, Ryan (Leigh) Funk, Jason (Tiffany) Funk, Joshua (Dawnell) Funk. Great grandchildren, Faith, Lilly, Elyssa, Kayden, Rylin, Kylus, Draven, Josell with number nine on the way. Also, her siblings, RoseMary Reece, Jean (Lon) Paquette, Eltanis (Ted) Volen and Butch (Nicole) Hess, as well as many nieces and nephews.&nbsp; 

LaDonna passed away suddenly on Saturday, September 12, 2020 at St. Luke Hospital in Marion.&nbsp; 

She is proceeded in death by her parents, granddaughter, Lyndsay Rae Sherbert and sister, Betty Lou Gingles. 

Visitation will be Tuesday September 15th, 2pm to 7 pm, with family from 5-7pm at Yazel-Megli Funeral Home, Marion.&nbsp; Her graveside service will be held Wednesday September 16th at 11a.m. at Marion Cemetery.&nbsp; Masks are optional.&nbsp; Family and friends are invited to a gathering at Daniel Sherbert’s house afterwards for meal and to reminisce.

Ronald Harris Laing, known to friends as “Harris” passed away Friday, September 11, 2020, at Salina Regional Hospital at the age of 81 years. He was born August 30, 1939 in Abilene the son of R.B. and EraJane Laing. Harris was a 1957 graduate of Abilene High School. He then received his undergraduate degree from K-State University, and later earned a graduate degree at the University of Arizona. Harris spent 3 years in the United States Navy serving on the aircraft carrier USS Midway. Following the Navy he moved to Minneapolis Minnesota for a job with General Mills. He later started Fiberich Technologies, a food science company focused on protein and fiber-rich vegetable and grain-based foods for consumers and animal feed.

Harris was active in the Boy Scouts of America, attaining the rank of Eagle Scout. He was involved in several community organizations including the Minneapolis Jaycees and the Abilene Lion’s Club. He also served as a little league basketball and baseball coach and in church, most recently Emmanuel Church of Abilene.

On December 10, 2011 he was united in marriage to Jolene Robson at Emmanuel Church. She survives of the home. Other survivors include his son, Chris Laing (Ann), Step-children; Debra Price (Chris), Craig Robson (Adrienna), Guy Robson and Jenn Martin (Brent). Nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild. One sister, Charlotte Dahl (Robert). He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister and his first wife.

The family has chosen cremation. Memorial Services will be 11:00 A.M., Tuesday, September 15, 2020 at Emmanuel Church with Pastor Gordon McClure officiating. Inurnment will follow at the Abilene City Cemetery. Family will receive friends Tuesday Morning from 10:00 A.M., until Service time at Emmanuel Church. Jon was born in Beloit, Kansas on May 27, 1947, a son of the late Helen Nadine (Durham) and Earl Thomas Spratlen.

Jon served in the United States Army. He owned and operated Cedarwood Shake Roofing and was a Lifetime member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars in Lincoln, Kansas. He loved hunting, outdoor sports, and cruising the streets of Salina.

Survivors include his wife, Sheree Lee (Holcom) Spratlen, of the home; two daughters, Stephanie Spratlen, (Korleone), of Wichita, Kansas; Rebecca Pauley, of Salina, Kansas; sons, Slade Spratlen, (Yvonne), of Salina, Kansas, Michael Griffin, (Stephanie), of Moundridge, Kansas; and two brothers, Jack Spratlen, (Vernadine), of Andale, Kansas; James Spratlen, (Harlene), of Durango, Colorado. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, Trevor Cole (Kelsey), Emily Baker, Whitley Spratlen, Brody Spratlen, Brylee Spratlen, Trey Spratlen, Dawson Jamison, Kaison Schoenecker, Laya Bell, Bayard Bell; 2 great grandchildren, Lincoln Cole, and Sylvie Cole.

He is preceded in death by sister, Jeannie Martinson; and brother, Earl Spratlen.

Joyce (Bohl) French

Jack William Sanders was born May 1, 1931 in Ellsworth, Kansas. The son of Oscar and Roletta (Brown) Sanders.&nbsp; He was a graduate of Kanopolis High School, Class of 1949.

Jack enlisted in the army and served in the Korean War and came home on November 4, 1953 and was a reservist for eight years.&nbsp; He began working for the Kansas Department of Transportation in Ellsworth, then later years transferred to Salina KDOT and retired after 42 years.&nbsp;

On February 14, 1954, Jack was united in marriage with Alice (Blehm) Sanders at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Wilson, KS.

As a 30-year resident of Kanopolis, and a 20-year resident of Salina, KS; Jack and Alice moved to Silvercrest Assisted Living Center of Lenexa, KS in December 2018.

Jack passed away Tuesday, September 8, 2020.&nbsp; He was preceded in death by his wife, Alice, his parents and three siblings.

Survivors include his son, Rocky Sanders (Ginger) of Chapman, KS; daughters, Sherri Palermo (Dave) of Lenexa, KS and Debbie Bishop (Kelly) of Overland Park, KS; seven grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews; and sister-in-law, Elain Anspaugh (Jack) of Smithville, MO.

Jack William Sanders was born May 1, 1931 in Ellsworth, Kansas. The son of Oscar and Roletta (Brown) Sanders.&nbsp; He was a graduate of Kanopolis High School, Class of 1949.Jack enlisted in the army and served in the Korean War and came home on November 4, 1953 and was a reservist for eight years.&nbsp; He began working for the Kansas Department of Transportation in Ellsworth, then later years transferred to Salina KDOT and retired after 42 years.&nbsp;On February 14, 1954, Jack was united in marriage with Alice (Blehm) Sanders at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Wilson, KS.As a 30-year resident of Kanopolis, and a 20-year resident of Salina, KS; Jack and Alice moved to Silvercrest Assisted Living Center of Lenexa, KS in December 2018.His early years were filled with family camping trips and DIY projects. Larry D. Bowman, age 70, of rural Agenda, Kansas passed away Saturday, September 12, 2020 at his residence on the farm in Agenda, Kansas.&nbsp; He was born June 8, 1950, in Concordia, Kansas to Loren and Wanda (Hicks) Bowman.&nbsp;

Larry graduated from Hillcrest High School, Cuba, Kansas in 1968. &nbsp;Larry learned his love for music in the 8th&nbsp;grade when he received his first guitar from his parents.&nbsp; Larry attended Cloud County Community College.

On July 12, 1975, he was united in marriage to Mary Ellen Demel in Hoisington, Kansas and recently celebrating 45 years of marriage.

Loren asked Larry to moved back home to farm and has been involved in farming and ranching in the Agenda community since 1977.

He was a member of the St. Isidore Catholic Church, Agenda Fire Department.&nbsp; He MC’d the Clifton Vining Music Festival for many years.&nbsp; Larry also took care of the Hollis Cemetery as the cemetery sexton.&nbsp; He was involved in the Red Coats Traveling Band and Good News Gospel Group.

Larry loved his family, neighbors and had many friends. Larry never met a stranger and had a gift to gab.&nbsp;&nbsp; He truly enjoyed his love for music playing for many events, nursing homes and was active in the St. Isidore Catholic Church providing music for Mass.

Clarence E. "Pete" Peterson, 79, of Salina, passed away Wednesday, September 9, 2020. He was born June 11, 1941 in Great Bend, to Clarence T. and J. Elsie (Marsh) Peterson. He married Patricia A. McDowell on January 21, 1961, in Salina.

Pete was a nationally ranked junior Olympian, hurdler, gymnast, football player, and king of his high school prom. During his long years at boeing, he helped develop touch-screen technology, the development full-scale flight simulators, and won an award from NASA for his contributions to manned spaceflight. His last job was overseeing the integration of the International Space Station, before his body began to fail him.

He is preceded in death by his parents; infant son, James; sister, Rita Roblyer; half-brother, Rodney Peterson.

Survivors include his wife, Pat; children, Jeffrey Peterson (Jill), of Kirkland, WA Robin Gebhart (Andrew), of Bellevue, WA and Dana Forlano (Christopher), of London, UK; sister, Nita Mohr (Richard), of Great Bend; and seven grandchildren.

Cremation was chosen and a celebration of life will be planned at a later date.

Abner A. Vickrey, 79, of Lindsborg, KS and formerly of Salina, KS and McPherson, KS, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 9, 2020, at Hutchinson Regional Medical Center. He was a mail carrier for the United States Postal Service, was a licensed cosmetologist, worked at KIT Manufacturing, was a carpenter for Don Hoch Construction, owned and operated Vickrey Construction, and worked in the wastewater treatment plant at Schwan’s in Salina.

He served in the United States Navy from 1959 to 1963.

Abner was born on October 7, 1940, in Emporia, KS, the son of Abner Hezekiah and Margaret Mae (Burris) Vickrey. He graduated from Canton High School in 1959. On May 22, 1960, Abner was united in marriage to Brenda K. Andersen.

He was a member of the Lindsborg Evangelical Covenant Church, Lindsborg American Legion, Lindsborg Tree Board, and Lindsborg Senior Center Board.

Survivors include: his loving wife of 60 years, Brenda of the home; three children, Brad Vickrey (Marlene) of McPherson, KS, Dena Miller (Darren) of McPherson, KS, and Lynette O’Dell (Dana) of Lindsborg, KS; two siblings, Larry Vickrey (Anita) of McPherson, KS and Judith White (James) of Canton, KS; five grandchildren, Parker Miller, Allie Miller, Stephanie O’Dell, Tyler O’Dell, and Madison O’Dell.

He was preceded in death by his parents and granddaughter, Marina Miller.

Valerie was born in Belleville, Kansas on February 3, 1946, a daughter of the late Daphne (Johnson) and Lloyd Trimble.

Survivors include three daughters, Whitney Lingo, of Salina, Kansas, Paula DeGraff, of Salina, Kansas, Shannon Osmun, of Beloit, Kansas; son, Jeff DeGraff, (Kelly), of Marlboro, Maryland; and brother, Gary Trimble, of Haltom, Texas. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren.

She is preceded by her sister, Judy Press.

Philip Eugene Ascher, 71, of Salina, died Sunday, September 6, 2020, at Salina Regional Health Center, in Salina, Kansas. Philip was born in Junction City, Kansas, on April 9, 1949, a son of the late Elinor (Wili) and Earl Ascher.

Philip graduated from Salina High School in 1967 and from Kansas Wesleyan University in 1974 with a BA degree in Business Administration/Economics. On August 14, 1971, he married Brenda Joyce Painter in Emporia, Kansas.

Philip served his country in the United States Army and was a proud Vietnam veteran. He worked at the US Postal Service, Beach Aircraft Corporation, and Phillips Lighting before purchasing and operating Phil’s Liquor until his retirement in 2016.

Survivors include his daughter, Karleen (Ron) Jackson of Salina; grandson, Vincent Moore of Salina; granddaughter, Erin Jackson of Salina; brother, David Ascher (Kayla) of Salina; and sisters-in-law, Ruth Ascher of Salina, Janet Schalansky of Topeka; brother-in-law, Richard (Becky) Painter of Overland Park, mother-in-law, Florence Painter of Topeka; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 46 years, Brenda Ascher; brother, Stephen Ascher; brother-in-law, James Schalansky; and father-in-law, Curtis Painter.

His body has been donated to the University of Kansas Medical School.

A celebration of life memorial service will take place Saturday, September 19th at 10:30 a.m. at Christ the King Lutheran Church, 111 W. Magnolia Road, Salina. Max E. Boss passed from this life into God’s kingdom on Tuesday, September 8, 2020 at the Salina Regional Health Center.&nbsp; He was born September 14, 1928 in Bennington to Glen and Ruth (Haywood) Boss.

Max was a lifelong Bennington resident and &nbsp;a 1949 graduate of Bennington High School.&nbsp; He went on to become a farmer and custodian of Bennington School. Max and Annabelle Quinn were united in marriage on March 27, 1949. They would have celebrated their 72nd&nbsp;anniversary next spring.

They would have celebrated their 72nd&nbsp;anniversary next spring.Max had accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Savior, and he was a loyal member of the Bennington Bible Church.He was preceded in death by his parents; and his siblings, Bob, Don, Mae, Velda, Keith; infant brother, Harley; and great-grandson, Curtis Weiland.Max is survived by wife, Annabelle; daughters, Nancy Spear (Stan), Marsha Gantvoort (Randy), Sondra Simon (Raymond); two sons, Ed Boss (Debra) and Tim Boss (Jetta); grandchildren, Jeremy Weiland, Wade Doering, Meredith Gleason, Dallas Cortes, Cody Buckner, Travis Boss, Melissa Talbott, Brie Gantvoort, Sadie Garrett; great-grandchildren, Luke and Owen Gleason, Gabriel and Emilia-Rose Talbott, Max Cortes, Elijah, and Sage Garrett.Graveside services were held on Wednesday, September 9 at the Bennington Cemetery.&nbsp; Memorial services will be at 2:00 P.M., Saturday, October 17 at the Bennington Bible Church.&nbsp; Memorials may be made to the Bennington Bible Church, Bennington E.M.S. or the Bennington High School and may be mailed to Wilson Family Funeral Home, P.O.
