Overnight storms bring much-needed rain to area

Rainfall was plentiful over much of the area as storms moved through overnight.

Parts of Saline, Dickinson, and Ellsworth counties saw rainfall in excess of two inches. At the Salina Regional Airport, 1.23 inches was reported, while in northwest Salina, more than two inches of rainfall was reported.
