The Saline County Commission welcomes the community's active participation in shaping the 2025 Budget. The Commission encourages residents to review the Budget Expenditure Requests and provide feedback.

Let's Talk:

  1. Review: Access the Budget documents online within the Saline County Commission Agenda to gain a comprehensive understanding of what is being requested.
  2. Watch: Tune in to our Commission Meetings live each Tuesday in May on our YouTube channel or Salina TV Channel 20. If these times do not suit your schedule, please view the recordings at your convenience on YouTube to stay informed.
  3. Comment: After reviewing the Budget and watching the discussions, please submit your thoughtful questions and comments via email to [email protected] by May 23. The Commission will address any comments made by this date at the May 28 Commission Meeting.

Key Dates:

  1. May 21 - Initial Departmental Budget Review
  2. May 23 - Deadline to digitally submit questions and comments to the commission. Residents are always encouraged to attend public meetings and address the commission.
  3. May 28 - Commission will address budget questions and comments.

Your Voice Matters NOW!

It should be noted that there will be a public budget hearing in August; however public input received this month will make the biggest impact.

The Saline County Commission is dedicated to transparency and inclusive community participation. Staff and elected officials look forward to your insightful contributions and active involvement.
