Salina Police have made another arrest connected to the alleged assault at a mexican restaurant's drive-thru.
According to the Salina Police Department (SPD) on May 1 at around 9:00 am, an officer on patrol observed Jesus Banda Jr. (21), driving in the area Sycamore and W. Cloud and was aware he was wanted in reference to the alleged assault incident at the Pancho's drive-thru.

The officer conducted a traffic stop and arrested Banda without incident.
He was booked into the Saline County Jail in reference Aggravated Battery, Aggravated Robbery, Kidnapping and Contributing to a Child's Misconduct.
On April 30, SPD arrested Eduardo Banda-Arias (19) who was part of the suspects that allegedly assaulted the 16-year old male at the Pancho's drive-thru on April 19 at around 1:00 am.

The case is still under investigation and more arrests are anticipated, according to SPD.
