Salina Police have reportedly made an arrest connected to the Pancho's drive-thru alleged assault.
According to the Salina Police Department (SPD) on the evening of April 30th, an officer observed a vehicle commit a traffic violation in southwest Salina.
The officer then conducted a traffic stop and learned the driver was one of the suspects, who allegedly assaulted the 16-year old male at the Pancho's drive-thru on April 19 at around 1:00 am.

Arrested was Eduardo Banda-Arias (19) of Salina.
It was determined during the investigation, Banda-Arias along with the unknown suspects pulled the 16-year old out of his vehicle and stole his shoe, as they allegedly assaulted him.
Banda-Arias was booked into the Saline County Jail for the requested charges of:
Aggravated Battery, Aggravated Robbery, Kidnapping, Possession of cigarettes, electronic cigarette/tobacco by minor < 18
SPD stated they are still investigating the incident and more arrests are pending.
