
Mark Brinck is the latest Comfort Heating & Air Salute to Service honoree.
Mark was a sergeant in the United States Army, serving from 1986-1995 in such locations as Germany, Korea, and Guantanamo Bay. Mark currently serves as a captain with the McPherson Police Department.
His nominator wrote, "Mark is honest, hard working, and humble. He puts others above himself. He sacrificed his time away from his family to serve our country. He continues to selflessly serve in law enforcement today, since 1997."

Comfort Heating & Air and Mokas Coffee are back this fall with their "Salute to Service" program, a weekly contest on Salina Post to honor a local police officers, military members, medical professionals, or first responders. Each week, a winner will be selected and will receive a $50 gift card to Mokas Coffee in Salina.
All the weekly winners will be entered in a random drawing to be held on Dec. 20 to win a Salina Staycation with hotel, a local gift cards for shopping and food. Additionally, Comfort Heating & Air will also donate $500 to the charity or service organization of the grand prize winner’s choice.
