The in-person status conference for the ongoing Cozy Inn lawsuit that was initially scheduled to take place inside the Frank Carlson Federal Building in Topeka, has been cancelled and is now rescheduled to a telephone conference.

According to the PACER reports from the US District Court, District of Kansas, the in-person conference that was scheduled for Wednesday at 9:00 am, has been moved to a telephone conference.
This conference has been scheduled to take place on Wednesday at 12:00 pm.
