About Jeff Tweedy courtesy Stiefel Theatre

As the founding member and leader of the Grammy Award winning American rock band Wilco, and before that the cofounder of the alt‐country band Uncle Tupelo, Jeff Tweedy is one of contemporary music’s most accomplished songwriters, musicians, and performers.

Jeff has released two solo albums, written original songs for eleven Wilco albums, and is the author of The New York Times’ Bestseller, Let’s Go (So We Can Get Back): A Memoir of Recording and Discording with Wilco, etc. 2020 sees the release of Jeff’s third solo album, Love Is The King, and second book, How To Write One Song.

About Le Ren courtesy le-ren.com

Lauren Spear, the artist behind Le Ren, studied bluegrass as a teenager on Bowen Island/Nex̱wlélex̱m, a small municipality on the Canadian west coast. In adulthood she dove headfirst into Montreal’s music scene, expanding her artistry into contemporary folk, rock, and country. With the release of her EP Morning & Melancholia in 2020, Le Ren earned comparison to the deft musicianship and sparse, eloquent lyrics of John Prine and Neil Young. Leftovers, her debut album, stitches together a patchwork of personal songs about different relationships: those we share with mothers, lovers, and friends.
