HERINGTON - A small earthquake shook part of Dickinson County early Sunday morning.
A 2.6 magnitude quake struck west of Herington at 1:26 a.m. Sunday, according to the Kansas Geological Survey. The earthquare was centered just west of Trail Road and just south of the intersection with 600 Avenue, near where a 2.5 magnitude quake struck early Saturday morning.
