HERINGTON - A small earthquake rattled part of Dickinson County early Saturday morning.
According to the Kansas Geological Survey, a 2.5 magnitude quake struck west of Herington at 5:47 a.m. Saturday. It was centered just southeast of the 600 Avenue/Trail Road intersection.
