More locally today marks the official start of regional baseball and softball tournaments across the state of Kansas, and as of Monday morning 16 of our area teams are still alive and battling for tickets to their respective state tournaments.
You can catch two of those games involving three of our teams from Hoisington’s 3A softball regional today, as the Ellsworth Lady Bearcats square off with the Minneapolis Lady Lions at 3:00, and the Southeast of Saline Lady Trojans take on Russell 30 minutes after that.
Both games can be streamed with live audio and video on Salina Post 100% free courtesy of our friends at Salina Regional Orthopedic and Sports Medicine, and Assaria Oil and Hardware

And speaking of Southeast of Saline softball, this year’s Lady Trojans are a special case, with a core of players, and a coach, who have been playing softball together for the better part of 15 years
This will be one last ride for the Salina Adrenaline squad, and to read more about their story head over and check out our full feature on Salina Post.
