Update: Tuesday at 11:14 p.m. 
Saline County Flood Warning in effect until 2:15 a.m.
Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. 
Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the area.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...

Salina and New Cambria.

Instructions: Do not drive into flooded areas or go around barricades. Nearly two feet of water will carry most vehicles away. Turn around, don`t drown.

Scattered showers and storms will develop and move slowly eastward through midnight. A few strong storms could produce gusty winds, small hail, and locally heavy rainfall. Severe weather is not expected.
