Hello and Happy Thursday everybody it's Tyler Henry back with another KINA Sports Update presented by Salina Regional Orthopedic and Sports Medicine.

On Wednesday, Kansas State Men's Basketball Head Coach Jerome Tang announced his summer camp schedule, which includes four camps running from June 7 to 20 for area use on the university campus.

The 2023 National Coach of the Year along with his coaching staff will direct these camps which will begin with Kindergarten through 6th Grade and increase in age from there. To see the full list including signups and pricing. Check out the full article on the Salina post.

Last night also saw the Kansas City Royals roll to a sixth straight victory as Vinnie Pasquantino broke out of an early season slump with a home run and a career-high five RBI to lead Kansas City to an 11-2 win over the Houston Astros.

Pasquantino went three for three with a single, double, a homer and a walk, with two runs scored after entering the game just for 4-37 with four singles and none driven in.

Finally Dallas police said Wednesday that Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Rashee Rice faces charges including aggravated assault after he and another speeding driver of a sports car caused a chain reaction crash on a Dallas highway. Police said the arrest warrants have been issued for the 23-year-old on one count of aggravated assault and six counts of collision involving serious bodily injury and six counts of collision involving injury. Rice's the attorney said last week that rice had been driving a Lamborghini SUV when the crash occurred.
