Cities impacted include Grenola, Wichita, Wellington, Parsons, Andover, Madison, Cottonwood Falls, Longton, Wilson, Bel Aire, Harper, Sterling, Newton, Derby, Eureka, McPherson, Hillsboro, Haysville, Ellsworth, Winfield, Lyons, Attica, Marion, Hutchinson, Sedan, Coffeyville, Peabody, Moline, Independence, Valley Center, El Dorado, Rose Hill, Anthony, Howard, Park City, Cedar Vale, Augusta, Salina, Arkansas City, Strong City, and Kingman.
