The City of Salina has released the link for those interested in filling former Commissioner Jerry Ivey's seat.
According to the city, applicants must be qualified electors of Salina.
To apply, please click here and go to Create Application. You will need to sign up for a user account if you have not done so through the website before you can apply.
Applications will be accepted until 5:00 pm on Monday, August 10.
City Commissioners will then review the applications and will appoint a new Commissioner at their August 24, 2026 meeting.

The seat’s term runs through January 2028.
