This week's weather highlights feature a warming trend and increasing south to southwest winds, which will support elevated grassfire danger Thursday and especially Friday.

Showers are expected across central Kansas on Monday. 

Snow will change to rain in the morning and back to snow at night when temperatures cool. Little to no snow accumulations are expected. 

Severe weather will be possible Thursday night into Friday along with strong gusty winds.
