Freeze warnings are in effect for some of our northern counties for early Monday morning.
The National Weather Service in Topeka has issued a freeze warning in effect from 2-8 a.m. Monday for the following counties in our area.
Cloud County
Republic County
Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 31 degrees are expected.
Freezing conditions will kill crops and other sensitive vegetation.
The National Weather Service in Hastings, Neb., has issued a freeze warning in effect from 1-9 a.m. Monday for the following counties in our area.
Jewell County
Mitchell County
Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 28 to 32 are expected.
Freeze conditions will kill crops and other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.
