The Salina City Commission will hold a special meeting tonight at 6 p.m. to discuss legal considerations related to the Cozy Inn Hamburgers vs. City of Salina lawsuit.

As outlined in the city agenda for today's meeting, commissioners will meet in room 107 of the Salina City and Saline County Building.

The focus for the special meeting is item three, with a vote for commissioners to move into executive session with their legal counsel, Fairfield and Woods P.C. of Denver, Colorado, for consultation.

Moving into the executive session for legal counsel falls under attorney-client relationship protections, so after the session, commissioners intend to do any other business about the special meeting.
