Ina Faye Petty, affectionately known as “Susie,” was born on April 8, 1948 ad passed away on January 23, 2026. Susie was cherished by her family and close friends, who knew her for her warmth and kindness.
Susie spent her adult life in Russell, Kansas, where she devoted herself to a long successful career in the banking industry until she retired.
She found joy in ceramics, reading, antique collecting, and gathering recipes. Susie was also recognized for her wonderful cooking, which brought delight to those around her.
Susie was preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Ida Petty, as well as her siblings: Leona Boyer, Wilma Bricker, Paul Petty, Jr., Duane Petty, and Donnie Petty. She is survived by her siblings, Shirley Unruh and Francis Petty.
Family and friends will cherish the memories they shared with Susie. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
