Betty Y. (Walmsley) Gonzales, 84, Minneapolis, died Sunday, June 6, 2021 at Salina Regional Health Center. Betty was born December 13, 1936 in Salina to Harold and Vergie (Tabler) Walmsley.
Betty worked various jobs in Minneapolis, including Tasker Liquor, Mity Quik, and D&G.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother; and two sisters.
Survivors are her children Jim (Sonja) Gonzales, Betty (Sammie) DuBose, and Ted Gonzales; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
It was Betty’s wishes to be cremated and that no services be held.
Memorials may be made to the V.F.W. Auxiliary and be left in care of Wilson Family Funeral Home, P.O. Box 166, Minneapolis, KS 67467.
