We have a chance for showers and storms later today.
According to the National Weather Service (NWS) in Wichita, scattered showers and storms will be possible this afternoon and evening.
The best chance of seeing storms will be over portions of central and south central Kansas. A few storms may be strong with wind gusts up to 50 mph, NWS noted.
