Redfern booksellers is excited to welcome Kathleen back to read her new book, "Karma Cats to the Farm."
Embark on a thrilling adventure with Penny the Pig as she dares to break free from the clutches of a gloomy factory farm in search of her freedom, voice and a forever farm family.
The book reading/signing event is scheduled to begin at 2:00 p.m. on June 9.

The Karma Cats, a fearless feline brother duo, heroically navigate Penny on a daring journey and discover a world beyond her wildest dreams. In this tale of courage, compassion, and the magical power of friendship, young readers will be inspired to shower kindness upon all animals.
According to event organizers, Kastner will also encourage kids to draw and color animals currently available for adoption at the Salina Animal Shelter. After the event, Kathleen will drop the drawings off with the Shelter.
