City of Salina
On Wednesday, Smoky Hill, LLC, of Salina closed to traffic the intersection of W. Lincoln Avenue and Reynolds Street to repair leaking storm sewer pipes.
Barricades at the nearest intersections inform motorists that the road is closed to through traffic. Access to all properties will be maintained.
Weather permitting, the work will be completed in four weeks.
The $153,000 project, which also includes drainage improvements at the intersection of Ninth Street and W. Iron Avenue, was a part of the City of Salina's $4.7 million 2022 street maintenance capital improvement program.
