Warm and breezy conditions are expected across the region today, according to the National Weather Service (NWS) in Wichita. High temperatures will range from 90 to 95.
Strong to severe storm chances return for Friday afternoon through Friday night, NWS reported. The storms will initially develop along a frontal boundary in central Kansas, but as the evening progresses the storms will propagate to the south-southeast. Quarter size hail and 50 to 60 mph winds are the main impacts, NWS noted.
