Salina Police are actively searching for suspect(s), who are connected to an alleged burglary that occurred at a convenience store.
According to the Salina Police Department (SPD) on Saturday, August 2nd at around 7:00 am, employees of the Rods 5 convenience store (680 S. Phillips Ave.) reported of an alleged burglary that occurred. Before the report to SPD, employees arrived to the store and noticed the front door was 'shattered.'
Employees stated between midnight - 7:00 am the burglary happened. They reported that an unknown suspect(s) stole an undetermined amount of vape products, which was estimated to be $500 - $1,000.
SPD are currently investigating the incident and are actively searching for surveillance video.
