UPDATE 4:41 p.m. Sunday:&nbsp;A strong storm system will bring arctic air and winter weather Tuesday night into Wednesday night or early Thursday.

Chances are increasing for an impactful winter storm specifically for southern and eastern Kansas. 

The potential impacts would include disruptions to daily life such as difficult travel and canceled activities. 

There is still uncertainty in the track of this system which would change the precipitation type, amounts, and respective location.
