Samuel David Treece, known affectionately as Dave and Slick, age 56, of Siloam Springs, Arkansas, passed away peacefully on March 3, 2025, at Circle of Life in Springdale, Arkansas.
Dave is survived by his devoted wife of 36 years, Patty Treece, of Siloam Springs; three daughters:
• Maddison Spikes and husband Brian, along with their daughter Harper, of Oklahoma;
• Mallorie Kim and husband MJ, and their sons Samuel and Lucas, of Missouri;
• Michaela Kumpe and husband Matthew, and their daughter Louella, of Springdale, Arkansas.
He also leaves behind his parents, Ben and Jaimie Treece, of Salina, Kansas; his sister, Danette Fritz and husband Clark; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
Dave was preceded in death by his grandparents, Oscar and Demoya Treece, and William and Luella Kirk; and his Aunt Christy Kuntz.
Dave was a co-owner of 3D Restoration & Contractors, where he dedicated himself to his work with passion and integrity. Outside of his professional life, he enjoyed fly fishing, traveling, and cherishing moments spent with family and friends. He was known for his fierce loyalty and was a steadfast friend to many.
A celebration of Dave’s life will be held at 2200 N Hope Lane Siloam Springs AR, 72761 on April 5th at 3pm. All who knew Dave are welcome to attend and honor his memory.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Kind at Heart Ministries in Dave’s memory.
Dave’s presence will be deeply missed, but his spirit will live on in the hearts of all who loved him.
