CLOUD COUNTY—One person was injured in an accident just after 3:30p.m. Thursday in Cloud County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2011 Mercedes passenger vehicle driven by Renee Monica West, 48, Anderson, Missouri, was northbound on U.S. 81 just south of Iron Road.
The vehicle rear-ended a 2016 Jeep SUV driven by Amanda C. Hoard, 28, Cuba, Kansas. After impact the Mercedes left the road and rolled.
EMS transported Hoard to North Central Kansas Medical Center. West was not injured. Hoard was not wearing a seat belt, according to the KHP.
Three juveniles were present in the jeep. Juvenile record is protected data, according to the KHP.
