The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2023 Honda Accord driven by Pamela A. Spech, 75, Ceresco, Nebraska, was southbound on U.S. 81 at Noble Road.

The car struck a 1998 Dodge Ram 1500 driven by Todd Alan Leduc, 55, Concordia, who was stopped at the intersection and failed to yield at the stop sign.
