The Salina City Commission will hold its regular meeting on Monday May, 11 2026. The meeting will begin at 4:00 pm inside Room 107 of the City-County Building, 300 West Ash Street.

Consent Agenda
1. Consider approval of the April 27, 2026, regular meeting minutes.
2.Consider approval of Resolution No. 26-8347 authorizing the preparation and submittal of an application to the Kansas Housing Resources Corporation (KHRC) for the 2026 Emergency Solutions Grant.
3. Consider approving Phase 2 Projects for the 2024 CDBG Housing Rehab Grant.
4. Consider awarding the bid for the 2026 Sidewalk project to RAM Contracting and Dirtworks, LLC of Salina, KS in an amount not to exceed $61,040.39
5. Consider approval of Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $22,626.35 for Project Number 25023, Temple Parking Lot.
6. Consider authorizing a First Amendment to the Lease Agreement with AT&T for parking spaces in Lot 130 on 7th Street.
Administration
1. Consider Resolution No. 26-8352 Authorizing the Sale of 2026 General Obligation Bonds and authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement for financial advisor services with Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Inc.
2. Consider authorizing the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 to the agreement with HDR Engineering for property acquisition relating to the Smoky Hill River Renewal Project.
3. Consider approval of Resolution No. 26-8355 and Resolution No. 26-8356 relating to land acquisition and public use in conjunction with the Smoky Hill River Renewal Project.
4. Consider authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract with Animal Shelter Services, LLC in the amount of $30,000.00 to provide an operational assessment of the Animal Services Division of the City of Salina.

1. Consider approval of Resolution No. 26-8354 adopting 2024 & 2025 Live Salina Plan Supplements.
