Scattered storms are expected tonight as a cold front pushes south through the state.
According to the National Weather Service in Wichita, a few strong storms will be possible for areas generally northwest of Hutchinson to Marion line.
The stronger storms will be capable of nickel size hail and wind gusts of 50 to 60 mph, the weather service noted.
