Carol Ann Tully, 81, of Salina, passed away on August 5, 2025 surrounded by family. She was born November 23, 1943 in Clearlake, SD to Melvin and Thresa Schiefelbein. Carol was a woman of many talents including playing piano, sewing, and decorating cakes. She loved to craft and made beautiful items from Christmas ornaments to glass angels. She enjoyed music, trying new recipes, gardening, and doing puzzles. She was also a huge sports enthusiast, from cheering on the Chiefs and Royals, to watching her sons strongman meets. Carol was a caretaker and mother figure to many. She was blessed with five children, many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Roger, of over 50 years, her parents, sister Audrey and brother Bud.
She is survived by two sisters, Marlys and LaVonne and 3 sister-in-laws Doris, Darlene and Judy. Her children, Brian (Lynda) Tully, Lon (Tina) Tully, Brad (Angel) Tully, Tammy (Gilbert) Steckline, and Scott Tully. As well as grandchildren, Ashley Moyer, Lacey Clinkenbeard, Megan (Dustin) Gaj, Drew Tully, Lauren Hardesty, Nathan (Katie) Tully, Jonathan Tully, Barry and Stephanie Steckline , Steven and Clayton Sandler and great grandchildren Lincoln, Cole, Nikoli, Avery, Sebastian, Dominic, Ryan, Serenity, Carson, Ventus, Saber and Ridge. The family will be doing a private get together at a later time.
