Terence (Terry) Joseph Henke, 72, passed away June 13, 2025, at his home in Plainville, Kansas. He was born March 31, 1953, to Joseph and Marie (Reinert) Henke in Concordia, Kansas. Terry graduated from Osborne High School in 1971, then went on to Northwest Kansas Technical College in Goodland, Kansas, graduating with a degree in Diesel Mechanics.
Terry was employed at Kaser Implement for 21 years, Midway Co-op for 16 years, and Culligan for 6 years, before retiring. He spent much of his life farming and raising crops and cattle. After retirement, Terry enjoyed helping and working for other local farmers. Terry loved everything about farming, but most of all loved his two daughters, Jill and Kristin. He loved talking about his girls and their families and was especially proud to be a grandpa!
Terry loved to laugh and visit and enjoyed hearing stories of anyone who wanted to talk. Terry was a member of the St. Aloysius Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus in Osborne.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Marie Henke.
Terry will be missed by his two daughters, Jill (Justin) Grohs, Lawton, ND and Kristin (Duke) Williams, Germantown, TN; grandchildren, Bennett Grohs, Jackson Williams, and Hayden Williams.
