Local, area students graduate from Avila University

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Avila University celebrated its latest graduating classes at its 2021 Commencement and Graduation ceremonies on May 15 at Municipal Auditorium.

Nearly 400 students received their bachelor's and master's degrees. The following local and area students graduated as members of this year's class:

Natalie Brown of Lindsborg, B.F.A. in Art

Justin Ebert of Salina, M.A. in Education

A total of 385 graduates received masters and baccalaureate degrees from the Schools of Humanities, Performing Arts, Social Sciences, Psychology & Cognitive Science, Natural & Applied Science, Computer Science & Mathematics, Nursing, Imaging Science, Business, Education and Visual and Communication Arts. The University bestowed 273 baccalaureate degrees and 112 Master's degrees.
