Leona H. Mutschler, 94, of Delphos, KS, passed away Tuesday, December 12th, at Meadowlark Hills, Manhattan.

Leona was born in Wilson, Kansas, on February 7, 1929, the daughter of the late Hattie Joanna Amanda (Schepmann) and William F.  Anschutz.  She was the widow of Richard Herbert Mutschler.  They were married on June 5, 1949, at the Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Ellsworth, KS. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Salina.

Leona is survived by her daughter, Elaine, widow of  Jon Riedl, of Brighton, CO;  three sons, Donald "Don," widower of  Terry Mutschler, of Minneapolis, KS;  Paul, widower of  Gwen Mutschler, of Delphos, KS;  Harold, husband of  Glenda Mutschler, of Gypsum, KS; also surviving are 11 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren; three sisters, Wilmetta "Billie," wife of  Paul McDonald, of Topeka, KS; Leora, widow of  Harold True; Maydene "Betty," widow of  Louis Meyer, of LeRoy, KS; Leona is preceded in death by two brothers, Dale Anschutz, and Glenn, 1 sister Margaret Anschutz and a grandson.

Funeral services will be on Thursday, December 21st, at 10:30 AM in the Trinity Lutheran Church, Salina, with Pastor Dennis Kootz officiating.

Interment will be at St. Paul's Cemetery, Kipp, Kansas. The family wishes for memorials to be to the Lutheran Hour Ministries or the Trinity Lutheran Church and be sent to the Carlson-Geisendorf Funeral Home & Cremation, 500 S. Ohio, Salina.
