Governor Kelly Directs Flags be Flown
at Half-Staff in Honor of Representative Dan Goddard.

Today,
in accordance with Executive Order #20-30, Governor Laura Kelly has directed
flags throughout the State of Kansas remain at half-staff after sundown today,
November 2, 2026, in honor of Representative Dan Goddard. Flags are to remain
at half-staff until the day of internment, which will be announced at a later
date.

Flags
