DICKINSON COUNTY —Police are investigating two boys for an incident that took place in Chapman on Monday.
On the afternoon of April 22, police responded to an incident involving three juveniles and knives at Sherran Park, 517, Marshall Avenue in Chapman, according to a media release.
A video of the incident is circulating among students. Police arrested two boys. A 14-year-old victim was not injured. Police have made a report to the Dickinson County Attorney's office for possible charges.
