The Lady Knights started things off strong with a 54-23 victory, while the Knights would end the night with a 55-32 win over the Celtics.

Girls: Sacred Heart 54 Hutch Trinity 23
The Lady Knights would start the night off locked in on defense, forcing 8 first quarter turnovers and only allowing one field goal, Sacred Heart would lead 11-5 at the end of the first. Defense would continue a strong presence and force 20 first half turnovers and hold them to 12 points in the first half, leading 32-12 at intermission.
The strongest scoring quarter for the Lady Knights was in the third, they would outscore Hutch Trinity 18-5 and lead going into the final quarter of play 53-17. The starters were pulled most of the final quarter to rest for tomorrow and the Lady Knights would force 30 turnovers total in the 54-23 victory.
The Lady Knights had three go into double digits, Skylar Douglas finished with 14, Nicole Richards ended her night with 11 and Emmy Lee with 10. Brynn Bechard, a freshman coming off the bench, had a career night of 8.
The Lady Knights move to 13-3 overall and a quick turnaround for them as they travel to Hillsboro to take on Moundridge in the Trojan Classic Championship game at 5:30.
Boys: Sacred Heart 55 Hutch Trinity 32
A well-coached Hutch Trinity would make it a little harder for the Knights to pull away at times. The Knights defense would force 11 first quarter turnovers and 7 in the second quarter. The Knights would lead 18-10 and 29-17 at the intermission.
Sacred Heart would flip turnovers into points in the third and lead 45-25 through three quarters of play. The Celtics would try offensively to claw back, and it was never enough as the Knights win 55-32.
Will Tuttle led the Knights he finished with 16 as well as Noah Hines he compiled 12 in the victory effort.
Hutch Trinity was led by Alex Guajardo he finished with 12.
The Knights move to 15-1 overall and will play Saturday at 4:00 PM in the third-place game of the Trojan Classic taking on the Holcomb Longhorns.
