Georgia Fregon, 75, died on Monday, February 27, 2023, at The Ranch House
in Garden City. She was born on April 22, 1947, at Longmont, Colorado, the daughter of Fred & Pearl (Basta) Sadie. She married Mike Fregon
on September 15, 2002, at Garden City.
Georgia grew up in Richmond, California, and attended Compton High
School. She attended Beauty College at Richmond, California, and
finished at Faribault, Minnesota. She moved to Garden City in 1980 and
was a Beautician at various salons and had owned the Classic Cut Salon.
She was a member of Bible Christian Church in Garden City. She enjoyed
country and Christian music but mostly be the role model and protector
of any children she came in contact with.
She is survived by her Husband- Mike Fregon, Son- Mike Fisher of Cedar
Bluff, Daughter- Michelle Martinez of Valley Center, 4 Sisters- Dianne
Hansard of Altoona, Iowa, Joni Coffield of Beloit, Suzanne Bauernfeind
of Cottage Grove, Minnesota & Marianne Rupp of Garden City and 5
Grandchildren- Darrell Fisher, Mason Martinez, Gracie Martinez, Beau
Martinez & Bella Martinez. She is preceded in death by her Parents.
Memorial Service will be at 2:00 PM Thursday at Garnand Funeral Home in
Garden City with Rev Bob Bates officiating. Memorials are suggested to
St Jude Children’s Hospital in care of Garnand Funeral Home.
