CLAY COUNTY— One person was injured in an accident just after 7a.m. Thursday in Clay County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2004 Peterbilt truck driven by Matthew J. Ostry, 31, Prague, NE., was southbound on Kansas 15 ten miles north of Clay Center.
The truck left the west edge of the roadway, entered the ditch and over turned.
EMS transported Ostry to the hospital in Clay Center. He was properly restrained at the time of the accident, according to the KHP.
