Charlotte Marie Desair, 71, died October 21, 2021, in Wichita, Kansas. She was born April 28, 1950, to Victor and Ruth (Brown) Rohr in Hays, Kansas.
She is survived by her husband, Eugene Desair of Damar; daughters: Roberta Normandin (Neil), Salina, Rebecca (Ryan) Wells, Damar, Rhonda (Galen) Ludlow, Ness City.
