The Salina Family YMCA is calling on community members to help support the upcoming Corporate Cup Challenge 5K, scheduled for May 30.
The annual event brings together companies from across Salina for a friendly competition that marks the start of the summer season.

Organizers are seeking volunteers to help cheer on runners and provide directional support along the race route. Volunteers will be asked to arrive 30 minutes before the race begins and will be guided to their assigned positions by event staff.
“Our volunteers play a huge role in creating the energy and encouragement that make this event special,” said Joseph Finder, event coordinator for the Salina Family YMCA. “It’s a great opportunity to be part of a community tradition and support local businesses and runners.”
Local businesses that would like to enter a team in the Corporate Cup Challenge are also encouraged to reach out.
