SALINE COUNTY —A Kansas woman was injured in an accident just before 7:30 a.m. Monday in Saline County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2003 Ford F150 driven by Tristen R. Witt, 20, Manhattan, was eastbound on Old 40 Highway just east of Interstate 135.
The pickup slid on the ice and off the roadway into the ditch and struck a tree.
EMS transported Witt to Salina Regional Health Center. She was properly restrained, according to the KHP.
