Salina man with outstanding warrants rides bike on wrong side of road and gives false name before arrest

Salina man with outstanding warrants and riding bicycle on wrong side of roadway, gives wrong name to law enforcement before arrest.

According to the Salina Police Department (SPD) on Sunday just before 7:00 pm, an officer on patrol in the 100 block of S. College conducted a traffic stop on a man riding a bicycle on the wrong side of the road. 

Upon the stop, the man identified himself as the wrong person. The officer then identified him as 55-year old, Robert Webb who had outstanding warrants for his arrest.

The officer arrested Webb and found him to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana.

Webb was booked into the Saline County Jail for the requested charges of:

Possession of Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia, Obstruction, Improper Driving on laned roadway and outstanding warrants for Probation Violation (Saline Co. District Court) and Failure to appear (Salina Municipal Court).
