At about 8:00 a.m., on Tuesday, June 4, a vehicle accident occurred at the intersection of Water Well Road and Centennial Road in Saline County.
According to Kansas Highway Patrol Trooper Ben Gardner, a Cadillac Escalade and a Chevy Silverado Pickup were traveling westbound on Waterwell Road when the lead vehicle, the Cadillac, began to slow down to make the turn south.
"The vehicle behind was also going westward, and decided to make an improper pass and started to pass along on the left-hand side of the vehicle," Gardner said. "As the vehicle was being passed, is when the lead vehicle turned to the south and then the collision occurred."
Gardner said there were no injuries as a result of the crash.
