CONCORDIA - Due to health and safety protocols within the Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference, Wednesday's Cloud County Community College home basketball doubleheader against Cowley Community College has been postponed.
As of this time, no makeup date for the contests between the T-Birds and Tigers has been finalized as athletic administrators from both schools are actively seeking a mutual date to re-schedule the game. The contest was slated to be the first of two doubleheaders between Cloud County and Cowley this season as the Cloud County is scheduled to go to Arkansas City for a road doubleheader on Feb. 19. The next scheduled game for CCCC is now Saturday with a 2 p.m. doubleheader at Colby Community College with the next home doubleheader scheduled for Monday at 6 p.m. against Northwest Kansas Technical College.
All fans who have tickets to the postponed contest should hold on to their tickets as they will automatically transfer to the re-scheduled date. Once a re-scheduled date is finalized, it will be announced on the Cloud County Community College athletics website as well as the Cloud County athletics Facebook page (Cloud County Athletics) and Twitter account (@CCCCSports).
If any other schedule changes occur throughout the winter and spring for any Cloud County athletics teams, they will be announced as they happen on www.cloudtbirds.com.
